The Gaza Tribunal, held in September last year, and chaired by Jeremy Corbyn MP, Prof. Neve Gordon and Dr. Shahd Hammouri, uncovered the true scale of Britain’s complicity in one of the greatest crimes of our age. Bringing together numerous witnesses across a two-day event in London, The Gaza Tribunal later published a report which documented Britain's role in Israel's war crimes in Gaza.
The findings of this report are documented in this brand new book, which comes with a new afterword from the author Sally Rooney (Normal People, Conversations With Friends, Intermezzo).
“An extraordinary act of truth-telling and accountability for one of the greatest crimes of our time. This book is essential in the pursuit of justice for the Palestinian people, and an example for people around the world seeking to hold their governments to account for complicity in genocide.”
The book is available for purchase from Pluto Press and book stores across the UK now. We will soon be announcing further promotional events around the country in support of this new book, adding to the already announced event at Foyles in London on 4 August.
Jeremy Corbyn will also be appearing alongside Prof. Neve Gordon and Dr. Shahd Hammouri at our annual conference on 19 September this year. Tickets for the conference, which also features American filmmaker Abby Martin, Cuban ambassador Ismara Vargas Walter and many more.
